Liberation and Justice

Accessibility: It is my value and responsibility to make accommodations for neurodivergent and disabled people (and everyone really!) I will ask about what accommodations you may need and invite these discussions at any time.

Values: Love, compassion, liberation, justice and care for humanity and nature

Identities: As a white, cis, neurodivergent and dynamically disabled woman and parent, I hold both highly privileged and marginalized identities. My lived experience with depression and anxiety inform my perspective and compassion.

Commitments: I commit to continuing to learn about these values. I commit to work to align my actions with these values in the forms of advocacy, community building, political and social actions, donations, self-care, and building relationships with trust and accountability.

LGBTQIA+ Affirming services: I write letters in support of gender affirming medical care.

I am committed to unlearning colonization, white supremacy culture/racism, ableism, carcerality, homphobia/transphobia, fatphobia and patriarchy to name a few. These oppressive forces and structures cause harm, violence and trauma to all of us who live within them. Examining and untangling these oppressions and taking steps toward liberation will be vital for healing and finding true freedom.

I humbly acknowledge that I am quite imperfect, will make mistakes, and will always have more work to do on this journey. I am open to feedback and will do my best to take accountability and repair with love.
